Going Through a River?
As I was studying last night for my sermonet (sermon for non-preachers) tonight,
(I am not a preacher, just filling in for ours), God really spoke to me! Good thing…
right? 
In Joshua chapter 3, The Ark (represents Jesus) was placed in the water of the River
Jordan. Ok… why did that speak to me???
Dan literally means judgment. This was the river of judgment!!! It flowed from the
City of Adam to the Dead Sea.
What happened when the Ark was placed in the water (Represents the Death, Burial,
and Resurrection of Jesus Christ)?
The water stopped so the chosen people of God could enter the Promised Land. WOW!!!
Through Jesus’ Death, Burial, and Resurrection, we (all reading this) can have everlasting
life if we accept what Jesus did for us!!!
Jesus broke the flow of the river of sin & judgment from the time of
Adam all the way to death & Judgment!
We can truly be Saved from God’s Judgment simply by following the narrow path Jesus
has opened up.
