Friday Five (Emilee Edition)
- I have not seen my eight year old daughter Emilee since last Friday. Her GiGi (grandmother) and Aunt Misty took her to Washington, DC. Emilee borrowed her aunt’s pedometer for the week and on Monday, she had walked a little over 5 miles. She called today, and as of this afternoon the grand total was a little over 27 miles!
- She also hijacked Misty’s iPhone and twitter account during the week. It was fun to see my daughter twittering. Here are some of here thoughts:
- hey mom and dad I am at hardrock cafe
- getting ready for church we going to national cathedral where the all big things in dc happen.
- waiting for the bus to go to the subway station to ride on the subway back to our hotel
- I will see you next saturday
- I got a direct message on twitter this afternoon from Emilee. No text… Just the picture in the post. Yes… they went to Ebenezers Coffee House in Washington. I am so jealous!
- I am pretty sure that she has been spoiled rotten this week. yeah… about certain…
- I miss her and am very much ready to see her so I can give her a great big "Daddy hug"!! I may not let go!!
